Inside, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare and share memorable family meals. There is also plenty of space to play—including a badminton court and mini soccer field.

About La Villa Reyes
2 Bedrooms plus a futon
Each bedroom has a king-sized bed. And the living room has a new, comfortable double bed. All linens and towels are provided.
Full Kitchen
We provide everything you need to cook meals including new, modern appliances: coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, ice machine, oven and stove and knife set.
Rooftop Deck
The large 3rd floor rooftop deck is a special place. It is an ideal spot to sit in the sun with 4 deck chairs. There is a table and chairs for eating meals, and there is a palapa with a double day bed complete with pillows and sheets. It’s an ideal napping spot and even overnight. The ocean, mountain and garden views from the deck are outstanding.
2 1/2 Bathrooms plus an outdoor shower
Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There is a 3rd bathroom for general use. Outside there is an simple outdoor shower for rinsing off sand.
Beach Equipment
We provide beach towels, beach toys, shade umbrellas and a cart to carry everything to the beach.
The Gardens
La Villa Reyes boasts one of the largest properties in Playa Las Tortugas. There is a lovely patio with a chiminea ideal for stargazing. A shaded hammock area is great for naps. A regulation grass badminton that doubles as a mini-soccer field will help get the kids’ energy out.
